We are seeking an HR Generalist to support positive relationships with our employees.  Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, investigating concerns, coaching and supporting supervisors and managers, reviewing and consulting on requests for accommodation,  assisting with development of policies, interpreting and communicating policies, presenting training on regulations and policies, supporting recognition events, conducting surveys, focus groups, exit interviews and other methods of learning about employee motivation, interests and concerns. 


The qualified candidate will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business and 3 years’ experience in employee relations, along with effective communication skills, both verbal and written.  Strong presentation/public speaking skills are required for training responsibilities.  PHR/SPHR or SHRM-CP/SCP certification is preferred.
