Lakeview Terrace Retirement Community is preparing for an upcoming expansion project, new villas and apartments will break ground next year, and we are looking for an outgoing, highly motivated, experienced sales agent to join our marketing team. Previous experience in a continuous care retirement community is required. The retirement counselor position will be responsible for maintaining and improving the community's occupancy level and revenue production in accordance with business and marketing plans. A good candidate for this position will possess the knowledge to understand a prospective resident's needs and will be able to educate them about the communities services and programs.
Job duties include: coordinating and completing all activities needed to grow occupancy, including visiting prospective clients homes, conducting initial assessments, sales presentations, and ensuring all required information and forms are provided and completed prior to move in; meeting and touring prospective residents; completing all applications and contracts including wait list, endowment, lease and conversion contracts.
Skills Required: Microsoft Office, Excel, Outlook, Word; General office equipment, copier, scanner, fax machine; Knowledge of telemarketing software
